Dirtyknees...

"Why is this dripping?" is never a good question.

DRB:

Kids who have discipline for fighting, lighting fires,
"yelling off their door", not going to class, they get
what is called DRB -- disciplinary review board, which
is really not a board, just a supervisor who signs
your life away to be sequestered in your room from one
hour to several days at a time. By law, they only have to let
you out for 30 minutes, but you'd be lucky to get your
full 30 minutes.

...and they turn off your water, so you don't flood
your room. That means no drinking; no flushing
your toilet. The children are at the counselors' mercy.
They yell for water, for the nurse, for anybody,

and they are ignored most of the time.
