It's February. The daffodils are perking up...and so is the "criminal" activity.

All the cops want to be on the beat in sunny, 70 degree weather. That means business is booming here at the kiddy jail. Tons of first timers. Hordes of kids coming in for stealing valentines candy, bringing BB guns to school, and for pushing down old ladies carrying armfuls of ripe oranges.

Some serious thuggery going on out there.
