This Really Should Go in Briefblog
It's a glorious day here in San Franscisco. It's bright and quiet and it seems the streets are all mine to enjoy for any combination of the following: a) everyone is at work; b) a lot of people have a hangover and called in sick and are staying home sleeping in bed, or; c) the universe is a conspiracy for my benefit.

We are on the eve of some big shit. Tomorrow, it will be decided who the new leader of the free world is. You better pray, meditate, and send bad ju ju in the general direction of the enemy.

dude, it's also a beautiful day in maryland (and probably DC too, but I can't talk for sure) and i have already sent as much ju-ju as i know how.
i'm now working on beaming my thoughts to swing states. it's kinda crazy to live in a place where no one bothered to campaign the entire year, we've not had any commercials, no signs really just nothing. because MD is a safe state for the dems. so what do i do? read too many news papers waiting for well, i don't even know what. mannah from heaven with 'don't vote for that rat weasel' to knock the W supporters unconscious until wednesday or something.
it's a wonderful thing to get to wander around your town and find no one else out disturbing your nature (in my case). except for those bastard old people. i just push them in the lake though and it's taken care of. especially that fat dude smoking a cigar spoiling my perfectly good nature scene.

Whether it be strolling through a sunny, half abandonned metropolis, or shoving an overwieght cigar smoking man into a lake, somewhere your bliss awaits.
