Marie swears she's going to get back into writing as soon as she fills in her last bubble on Friday's final. I'll post her new site here as soon as it's up. She's an amazing writer who has been punished by her creator with an astute sense of the absurd. She sometimes has a sticky "repeat" button in her brain. When Marie told me about a serious auto wreck she was in, she was not plagued by pain or the witnessing of blood at the scene -- it was the indelible clip of the driver's gum shooting from his mouth in slow motion that really upset her.
