So, I'm an official SPCA dog walker. I have attended 8 hours of introductory classes and successfully mastered the art of extricating ill mannered dogs from their cells. Now, I have the ability to visit 80% of the canine prisoners by myself. Over the next several months, my dog walking repetoire will be expanded by taking such classes as Impulse Control, Walking Dog Reactive Dogs, and Field Tripping. These classes will allow me to associate with the other 20% of the dogs and give me the chance to take part in activities outside the shelter.
