I'm taking three days to hike and drive through the Redwoods. This morning I ate oatmeal and two scrambled eggs across the street from a giant statue of Paul Bunyan and Babe the Blue Ox.

Krista itches everywhere and little bumps keep appearing all over her body. We took her to a physician in Portland and we all agreed she has acquired scabies during her travels. At first, this seemed funny, but now we're just plain annoyed since it didn't go away after her first cream treatment. If after another treatment it still doesn't go away, we plan on taking her to a free street clinic in S.F. where we will claim she got the parasites from the clients she services.
